What fun to add to your geography lessons! For each country there is a food-related experiment, plus several easy recipes.

I must say the broccoli acid/base experiment from Japan was spectacular, and so easy. Fruited rice from Brazil    We're having fun with this one.

Now, if only I could find a copy of the book for 10 cents at a thrift store instead of using the library's copy
