Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We have been using Singapore Math for a couple of years and have always purchased the US editions. Someone has given me the next set that I need but they are not the US editions. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the regular and the US editions? Thanks!

there's actually 3 versions..

the non-US - it doesn't use US measures
the US edition
and the Standards edition which is US measures and changed around to follow the standardized tests

This brings back memories. I knew a mom who used that math program back when my first two where small. I liked how colorful the materials were and how pleasant to use.

I'll need to take another look at those before I choose for my youngest.

That is what my friend said, but I think she used the Japanese edition... or maybe that was the language they were studying...no their language studies were Korean.

I didn't do enough with languages with my older children. I hope to do better with my youngest and introduce her to Latin and Spanish and perhaps enough Greek for root word studies.
