Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I was hoping that someone would chime in here. My boys watched kids play this game at swim meets several times. At the time, I looked at buying it but the boys didn't want it for themselves. I thought that it looked really fun and it always drew a crowd of observers at the meets.

Anyone else have something more concrete?
Theresa, if you end up getting it, please review it for us!

An unschooling friend of mine had these for her 10yo son. I played a game with him once... and got beaten! The boy LOVED them!
I remember my friend saying how happy she was to hear him playing with a friend and saying things like, "20x3 is 60, so that beats your 40!" And so on for an hour at a time.

I certainly think they are worth a try, esp. for a boy!

What about the book, "Walk Past the Wolf" that goes with it? Anyone know how decent it is?
