Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Literature Plan

I thought this was neat. It's almost in the same way as Drawn Into the Heart of Reading is, but simpler and online. They take a different type of book per month, read it, and do a certain *book report* on it.

I just thought it was a neat way to get different types of literature in per year, to be able to expose your children to different types of literature, done in more of a plan, and thought I'd share it in case someone could be blessed by it.

This is a neat site. Thanks for sharing. Mine aren't quite ready (or their too old) but this is a great way of working it....thanks!

It looks like fun - I wonder if any of my sons are interested? Hmm...Thanks!

Thanks, Tracy. This looks fun and my "reading phobic" boys are just the right age for it.

I liked it too. We just finished a 5th and a 6th grade book analysis for Seton. These sure would be a welcome release after that gruelling work!

These look great! My 8yo, Rebekah is in a girls' bookclub and I'm sure will love these ideas.
God bless,

This looks neat. What grade do y'all think its aimed for? I'm not sure I'd want to do one each month, but I like the creativity involved. I'm thinking it could be modified slightly to a notebook format, perhaps?

I looked through the previous page on the site to find it's from a 4th grade teachers webpage.
