Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We are starting Grammar Works by Jay Paterson (he wrote the Writing Road to Reading series). I am really excited to start this for grammar this year (DD12 and DS10). B4 I jump in, have any of you used this curriculum b4 and what tips so you have for me? Thanks! We were really lacking in the nuts-and-bolts of grammar and having the child "make their own" grammar notebook as a reference really appealed to me. TIA!
