I searched puzzlemaker and this was the only reference to creating crossword puzzles so I wanted to add this one:

I was looking for a method to help the kiddos build and reinforce vocabulary, spelling, and comprehension and thought these were a great way to take words from the books we are reading. Soo easy and sooo free!
