Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Do your children narrate immediately after reading or listening to a book, or doing an activity? Or do they wait a while...even till the next day? Or all of the above?

Just wondering how others do it.

God bless,

Patty

I don't have a good answer, Patty, but I'm so glad you asked the question! It seems so artificial to me to do a narration immediately after, as if the narration is the motivation for the work in the first place, but if too much time elapses we've either forgotten or lost interest. Looking forward to hearing from others...

For us, it depends on the subject.

A field trip is done over the next week. A good book is done at dinner. History is done right away, and is the narration we write out most often.
