Does anyone know of a workbook style reading program?
My 6 year old doesn't enjoy sitting next to me going over words and he likes workbooks and working independently. I've always used Phonics Pathways or Reading Made Easy, but this seems to be too dependent on my leading and his following for his taste.

I know that the Little Angels Readers have workbooks that go with them, or I think they do. My df uses them with her 6yo. I'm not sure how independent they are though.
