Sometimes when I post, I get a message saying "Spamming is not allowed" and it says it hasn't posted my message when in fact it did. Is there a limit on the number of posts per day or something? Should I restrict my posts?

There is not a limit on the number of posts per day. The server is sensitive to several sent in rapid succession (especially if you say the same thing in a message, for example: "Praying"). You'll get that message if you do that (even if it is in another thread). If sufficient time has elapsed you can post that exact response again.

Also it is possible to hit the "Post Reply" button twice - whether intentionally or on accident. You get the message because it thinks you are posting the message again. That one happens to me on occasion when it is posting slowly.

Tim probably could be more specific about how all this works, but generally that is what you are dealing with. Hope that helps.
