While looking for something else I happened upon this site with downloadable songs about different scientific topics. They were produced in the late 50's/early 60's (and sound like it ) but my children have been listening to them nonstop since I found the site.
If you have a slow connection, I definitely recommend the 32 Kbp connection, although the quality isn't as good. The 160 connection took awhile to download, even on my fast computer/cable modem.
Here's the link
Science Songs
Warning, you may be singing "Rocks and Gems and Minerals" (sung to the tune of Oats, Peas, Beans...) for the rest of the day!

Oooh, these look great! I don't know much about the computer. Do I have to listen to them online, or can you download them and burn them to a CD? My computer doesn't have speakers.

My husband mocks me about this, but would it be copyright infringement to burn CDs of this? I just hate the idea of stealing something that I should be paying for. I don't know much about copyrights. For example, if this is OOP is it ok to copy it?

I am not sure about the copyright law on this sort of recorded material. Anyone?
