Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have been googling lately to try to find lesson plans that maybe some other kind mother has already done to save my sanity a bit this summer! Anyway, while googling lesson plans for Apologia's "Exploring Creation with Zoology 3" I came across PennyWiseLearning.com and found lesson plans for $7! I purchased that, since I could not find any freebies on someone's blog that they offered to share, and also found a complete science "kit" to go with this series. (Not by apologia, but by a third party) The experiments for the "labs" just use normal household items. I KNOW I will not do these labs though since I can never find this or that item nor do I have the time to look for all this stuff. The glitch is that it costs $70!!! To me, that it a lot of money currently. As we are talking about a 3rd and 5th grader who will be doing the "labs" should I just forget about them and discuss it or should I spend the money? Also, I guess my REAL QUESTION is whether or not you all have this kit or are familiar with it? Is it worth the price???
