Hi All , The kids and I went to pick cedar for the church for this alm sunday ( we don't use palms here )
It was quite an adventure as cedar grows in a bog
the snow was waste high in the ditch but the snowmobiles had made a nice packed down trail so the kids could play . It was above freezing so everytime we jumped up to pull a branch down we got covered in water .It was very refreshing
   I said to Fr. will God reward for taking on such an adventure with a toddler in tow not to mention the burrs I got in my hair
Where was that burr bush anyway ? they seem to come out of no where
We posted pics on the blog if you'd like to check out our fun . I was reminded how great homeschooling was as we drove by the local school and saw all the kids not having any idea about the cedar bog .
