Anybody have copies of any of these books. They are mostly OOP and I'm wondering if any of you have a copy that could review it with me and help me decide if they are worth the hunt and the $$$. Thanks so much for any responses and I'll post on the living lit forum too!

Madame How and Lady Why by Charles Kingsley
Jack's Insects by Edmund Selous

I've looked for these too. I had some luck with the
Fabre title at our local library. Under a different title....Title    Insects / Jean Henri Fabre ; edited by David Black ; illustrated by Stephen Lee.
Publisher    New York : Scribner, c1979.
Description    108 p. : ill. (some col) ; 26 cm.
Notes    Bibliography: p. 106-107
And the Life and Her Children by Buckley, I was able to
get on an interlibrary loan. Otherwise at abe.com the copies are $$$. I found the library very useful as the
children could easily read the books before they were
due back. I have ckd them out often, seems that few are
interested in the authors....
