A couple of months ago, my husband's brother found out he will need surgery on his hip. It's a long story, but he warned my husband to get an x-ray to see if he has the same condition. Dh has been busy and did not get to it for three months (and still hasn't), but now we are worried he has waited too long. He has hip pain identical to his brother's, and, by ignoring it, chances are he will need a much more serious surgery than his brother does (this is a condition that worsens rapidly).

Now dh is kicking himself for waiting so long, and I am feeling horrible that I did not push the issue more.

Time flies, and we are both so busy we can hardly take care of ourselves!

Please pray that he will not need surgery, or if he does, it will be the much less serious surgery.
