Dh is leaving this Sunday for an 8 day business trip. Although he will be away, he will suffer no hardship except separation from us as he is headed to Hawaii. Anyway, it's difficult as you all know to do it alone. Even though I've done it for longer periods, it still takes time to adjust. If you have a moment, please say a prayer for dh's travel and for me--patience, patience, patience. And, peace of mind during the night hours (luckily, I have an alarm system). Thank you all.

Praying KC, even as a wife of husband who travels every week and has been for 8 years, it doesn't get any easy and each time there is a bit of adjustment but Praise God we have a helper in the Holy Spirit and I will pray that He will comfort and help you.

KC, I've always had a travelling husband, know the aloneness and solo missions well myself. Take a few long bubble baths when the children are in bed and get lots of sleep. It all helps to keep mama feeling okay about the whole thing then. javascript:AddSmileyIcon('')
