Friends, please pray for my sister, 4Real member Jenn Sal. This morning she starting contracting. She is due Feb. 7 and the baby was a bit out of position yesterday so this could be false labor. Either way, she sure could use your prayers.

In my excitement I forgot to add...
Pray for Jenn's dear friend, Christy, who is also laboring. While I was on the phone with Jenn, Christy called to say that she lost her mucous plug this morning. She was due on Jan. 29, so she's ready to go...she's hoping for a VBAC.

I just received an update: Contractions are strong 45-60 sec./ 5-7 mins. apart. They are getting things together at home and will go to the birthing center soon. Jennifer has been laboring since 4:00 a.m., making this her longest labor so far. Please pray for safe traveling (thank goodness most folks are watching the Superbowl,) pray that the midwife on duty is a great match, and pray for stamina. Oh my...I tried to be calm and reassuring on the phone...now I'm so excited I can feel my heart racing!
