Hello friends,
I just spoke with Chari just now and she ask me to post these 2 prayer requests, one for her and one for Anne.
First for Chari...she is on her way to a Dentist appointment to fix a bad tooth...it could require a root canal. Chari has a long history of hereditary dental problems, and understandably this is causing her a lot of anxiety. She described her dental history as "a big cross"...her 20 year old cavities are deteriorating, and there is not much tooth left to fill. She is desiring your prayers!
And now for Anne...dear Anne, who has just begun a full class schedule at the Junior College is still without her books! They were ordered online and have failed to arrived by the promised time. She is stressed. She hates to draw attention to herself, so she is resisting approaching her instructors about borrowing or making copies until her books arrived.

Oh Chari...I am so stressed about my teeth too. I'll offer up the next challenge for you and I'll be praying to St. Appolonia today. Praying for Anne also.

Praying for Chari and Anne. My youngest dd(11) has had something like 8 dental abcesses, so I can sure relate to dentist anxieties!

Chari I am praying up a storm for you! I have to go in on Monday, I have had two root canals, and my dental history sounds similar to yours! It is a nightmare, good of you to call it a cross!

oh! I never updated! Thanks for your prayers! So far it looks good and I did not need a root canal! Phew!
....but, I have to keep going back to that place and repairing all of these really old fillings that are falling out or disintegrating 
I feel so depressed whenever I go to the dentist  .......and, I get so sick from the numbing drugs .......it ruins a whole day of my life....blech.......so, I pray constantly while I am in the chair.........which is a REALLY long time due to the inefficiency of this office .....and I always remember to offer it up for all of you, esp Gwen 
So, I leave in a few minutes for another appt....
Please pray that I can obtain and use well all of the graces possible. Hmmm.........wonder if it is a good idea to schedule all of our dentist appts during Lent every year........I am going to keep that in mind 
Please pray also that I do not get sick anymore from the meds.........and for safe travels, it is 1.4 hrs round trip.

Praying... my dh has an awful time with his teeth too (bad car wreck as a teen, he took a bite out of a metal dash... you can imagine the damage)...
and it IS awful to not have your materials...
