My sister has two biological children of her own. she married a man with three children from a previous marriage. Last weekend, they were named guardians to his brother's two children. That brings the grand total to seven (in other words, she's gained five children this year). Several of these kids have significant issues (I usually dislike that word but it's vagueness serves me here). She has a full plate. She's has battled melanoma for over ten years, with a couple years continuous chemo. Just before Christmas, the doctor discovered a breast lump. Sonograms and mammograms were not encouraging. She goes for a biopsy in two weeks. She is pretty much without faith. I can't imagine how she's going to do any of this without God. Please pray for her.

I will certainly pray for your sister--for the children, peace in the home and that she will be open to God's grace as He brings her closer to Himself through this situation.
