Please pray for my Uncle "Tuck" (Thomas). He was just diagnosed with bladder cancer. It has invaded the muscle so he will have to have his bladder, prostate, and a few other areas removed and rebuilt.
God truly works in mysterious ways. My Uncle Tuck is diabetic and lost his leg so he is not very fond of doctors. He avoids them unless it is a true emergency.
My dad (Tuck's brother) went to the doctor last summer because he had some blood in his urine. They diagnosed him with a huge kidney stone, way to big too just come out. He had to endure three lithotripsy procedures to get rid of it. He never had any pain before he went to the doctor and the only symptom was occasional light blood which for years his doctor said was just a minor infection.
Because my dad was diagnosed with kidney stones and went to the doctor, his brother decided to also get checked out. He too had been having occasional blood in his urine.
Thank God he decided to go. He doesn't have kidney stones, he has bladder cancer. If my dad had never gone through this, his brother would never have known until it was too late.
Sometimes our suffering is for the benefit of others. Praise God and pray for Tuck. Thank you!
