Praying that this HR 6099 which is to be voted on today will pass with a YES vote.

Holy Mary,Mother of God, pray for us.

This bill is being sponsored by Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ)and it would require medicial providers to explain to woman seeking abortions after 20 weeks that medical evidence suggests her unborn baby can feel pain.
Also, the bill will ensure woman will have the option of choosing anesthesia for her child, so the unborn child's pain is less severe.

The *best* thing about this bill would be that the provider would have to EXPLAIN to the mother that the BABY she is killing will FEEL PAIN.

Pray that the explanations will be enough to help the mothers change their minds about having an abortion.

Pray to end abortion everywhere.

It is now on motion to suspend the outcome and pass the bill failed by the Yeas and Nays. 250-162

I just looked up and copied this info. from the Thomas section of the US House of Rep.

Why am I not suprised?

I am just sickened by this happening so close to the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Our Lady of Guadalupe and Christmas.
