My godbaby Maggie is having surgery to replace the central line used for her chemotherapy. It's at 9:20 AM Eastern time. Her parents are really feeling the stress of all this; please ask the Blessed Mother to pray for their comfort and peace.

Update 8/25:
Maggie's parents say THANK YOU. Your prayers were definitely heard! The surgery went very well. Maggie was her usual spunky self shortly after coming out of anesthesia. They are able to start her final  chemo course today!!!

I thank you so much for joining me in prayer for Maggie. I'm convinced that your prayers are carrying her parents through this difficult summer in a very important way. They can't get to Mass with all their children every week, so in many ways this has been a true desert time for all of them. Knowing that Catholic homeschoolers are praying for them is making a difference.
You're wonderful.
