Folks -- we're almost completely settled; Rick took a job at Bishop Machebeuf High School (what an awesome place it is, too) and we are putting an offer on a house near there tomorrow.
Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we (finally  ) get settled in. Once we're all settled, you'll be hearing from me lots  !

Hey y'all -- we've got a contract on a house set to close on the 23rd of Aug. All looks great so far, but do continue the prayers, particularly to St. Joseph. I told Rick we had to buy this particular house as, when we were going through the house, I noticed a St. Joseph holy card (exactly like the one we had when we sold our house in Greenville) on a bureau in the master bedroom -- no other evidence of Catholicity, but I figured it was a sign
