Dear Friends,
I just found out that the stye in my eye that plagued me through the last month or so of pregnancy will need to be surgically removed. I hesitate to even use the word "surgery" because the procedure is so minor--it will take place right in the doctor's office. Still, I would be so glad if you wonderful people were out there praying for me!

Alice, there's an old Celtic remedy...you take a long thorn, point it at the stye, and say, "Out out out!" Do it in the moonlight; works every time.

Praying Alice! I don't like anything coming close to my eye (nobody does) but when I got my first pair of contacts in high school I kicked my dr. in the stomach. I guess it is just reflexes...he assured me it had happened before to him.
