We finally received an offer on our house.

It is a lowball offer but we made a counter offer.

Please pray that the counter offer is accepted and that we can close quickly with no hang ups.

We signed all the ppwk on Friday and offcially closed on Monday, but we still don't have copies of anything OR the check because everything was done via FedEx (except the mailing of our check! snail mail. )
