Asking for prayers for dh, oldest dd, and the rest of us for healing of any smaller symptoms, endurance. Dh and dd have been sick with numerous symptoms health-wise fo r months and on top of that started experiencing anxiety/panic-attacks. It got so bad they couldn't even go places, including Mass(thank God dh works from home!). Dh hasn't been to Mass in 9-10 weeks(thankfully they have Live Mass online each week so at least those who've had to satay home could participat that way!). Dd finally is getting better enough to go places, and has been to Mass with me 2 times, last week stood in the back of church, this week was able to feel well enough to stay in the pew.
It turns out those two are the most sensitive to the chemicals that "off-gas" from a new house, most notably formaldehyde. Those chemicals have been building up in our systems since we moved into the new house and causing some aggravating, some debilitating symptoms. We have installed an "air-to-air exchanger" which gets rid of most of the "bad air" and dh built a filter to absorb the chemicals with carbon. These measures have helped a bit, but it's still in our systems and we are trying to work on cleansing that.
We have gotten homeopathic/natural remedies that are supposed to help. It just takes time to get through this. It has been a very long hard year this way. We have been so grateful to have a new house, who's have thought though that it would cause such trials?!?
Prayers for endurance, and prayers that we can all finally heal heath-wise, me included before we are expecting another little one(my breathing has been terrible this year dud to this, and that's very bad for pregnancy), would be SOOOO very much appreciated.
