We have discovered that one of our children has been viewing pornography on the internet and the television through pay channels. I am heartbroken. DH is a computer tech and has all the blocks on our computers, and codes on the tv, but this child got around them.
Please, please pray that we handle this properly.
Hubby was so upset, he didn't even come in the house after work for fear he would explode.
I am just so sad for the loss of innocence.
Saint Michael..defend us in battle.
Blessed Mother on the feast of your Assumption, pray for us.
Beware, DH has always paid the cable bill on his iphone. This way of paying does not give a detailed list of purchases made to our account.
Please pray for us...I am at my wits end.

I'm going to pray a flying Novena of 9 Memorares for you and your family right now. I'm unable to go to Mass for the Holy Day because my littlest is sick - I'm offering up for all of your intentions!
I know this is twisted and unthinkable right now , but don't lose hope. Our Lord can make ALL things new.

You can, Joann. You can do this. For the sake of your child. For the sake of the other children. It seems dizzying right now to you, but remember that you can do all things...not on your own...but through Christ. Call your family priest if needed.

I just went to a Christopher West talk and he made the statement that statistically speaking 2/3 of the people at the conference were addicted to p*&$*n. It's rampant and none of our men are immune to it.

Joann, You can deal with this. It is heartbreaking, I know! Thank God that this happened while he is still living with you. It was bound to happen eventually. Thankfully you know about it and can help him while he is still with you. He isn't alone in his apartment at college or somewhere.

Joann, we prayed for your son and family at Mass this evening and included your intentions in our Rosary. May the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary pour many graces upon all of you, and give you the strength you need to weather this storm. Your son needs you to be strong and courageous in helping him face this issue. Our sons need families that know how to overcome evil with heavenly tools of sacramental grace, unfailing mercy and the incredible power of prayer. I agree that meeting with a priest would be very healing. During such times it's important for the entire family to regain focus on grace. We'll hold you in prayer while you uphold your faith and your family!
