Well, it appears that Cay and I are in the same boat - still waiting for a new bishop. Please say a few prayers for our 2 diocese. I know people have before - but it seems we're the only two still waiting so I thought I'd ask for a few more again. We've been in limbo a long, long time.

Also, please pray for our teens. They just found a priest to do a Holy Hour for them. He was even offering confessions before and after and ... got a room for them to use in the parish so they could gather afterwards for pizza. It was organized by homeschoolers but not necessarily restricted to homeschoolers. We were so hopeful that this would really fill a need for real prayer and community among serious faith-filled teens without the silliness of some of the stuff that has turned our dc off.   I've posted before about the great struggle with lonliness, etc. Well, anyways, we were all so excited - priest and teens - and now after their first adoration, we just found out that the priest is being transferred 2 hours away in July. We're hoping that they will be able to keep this up - but this priest was so very special - prayerful, such a good confessor (took time, gave advice, etc.) and so willing to give of his time.
Please, say a prayer or two for us here in this regards too.
