I'm not really even sure what to say. I feel kind of bad about asking for prayers when I don't contribute much here.
Things are pretty tumultuous at home right now. The kids are disrespectful towards each other and us. Some days are ok others are downright awful. It just makes me so sad. It's affecting my marriage and my faith. I have only gone to Mass a handful of times over the last six months or so.
I could ramble on longer but you get the gist.

I wanted to say thank you for all of your kind words and prayers.
Please continue to pray for us. 5 children in 5 years has proven to be overwhelming. Ages 5-10 right now. I often feel like I lack the strength and wisdom to parent them the way I should.
We will be driving to the Poconos tomorrow to visit family for Thanksgiving. My husband is out of town right now(he'll be meeting up with us on Thur.) so I will be on my own with them for the long drive.
Please pray for our safe travel.

Sympathy and hugs here , we'll have 6 of our children 6 and under soon, and it IS difficult. Sometimes one feels like you're just treading water, trying to keep your head above water.
Praying for many graces as you travel! That would be so hard alone. Our Lady Help of Christians, please pray for and watch over all that happens in their travels, may there be peace amongst them, may they enjoy the joy of the day they are traveling to celebrate, and enjoy each others' company and may it turn into a fun adventure together.

have a safe trip! Enjoy your extended family! My mom told me often, "This, too, shall pass" and it always did. And it will. I know it doesn't help in the moment, but it does help to know many many other moms have felt the same.

Praying! My dear IRL friend has five children ages seven and under, with one on the way in May! I have observed that the close spacing of children does pose special challenges, but also a special closeness among siblings.
Life with littles is a whirlwind! Cling to the anchor of your faith, this too shall pass.
