I have worked hard to be up the past few weeks, but I am feeling beat down today. Dh lost his job a few weeks ago. Youngest is a little grouchy and we are adjusting to brother being gone 3 days a week-I am ON all. The. Time. She doesn't want to do "school" Dad is in and out, sometimes ok, sometimes grouchy. I am trying to figure out finances with no income.- We live pretty frugally and I cannot really cut anything  And now I am blasted with a severe reaction to poison ivy and I just feel awful, as in sick. Oh, and 10/1 health insurance is done. I did go to urgent care yesterday and am on steroids but woke up feeling yuck and just beat and sad  I will get through it, once I actually FEEL better. But a tiny prayer for a struggling mom who feels like the world is just crashing down would be appreciated.

Thanks ladies. I am feeling a bit better. I have learned to use Benadryl in addition to steroids and am a little more comfortable. This reaction has really snowed me, feels like the flu with chills, nausea, headache, and REALLY tired. Oh, and the itching and rash. I think I will be better in a few days. This a.m. I thought I might go back in til I tried the Benadryl  Your prayers gave me wisdom!!
Everything else can wait just a few more days. I see the light at the end of the tunnel....thanks so much for the hugs and prayers.

Steroids do a real number on our coping skills...you are exactly right, just get through the next few days...that's where the Grace sits, right where you sit in this moment.
