Hi there,
I have been a member for a couple of years now and visit quite often. I just hardly ever post, but I am in need of prayers for my new baby. He is 12 days old and we have had 3 of our 8 children down sick with a crazy high fever for the past 3 days. Tonight he felt warm and his temp was only 99.7 - but I am so worried it will climb higher which would mean a trip to the ER. We've already been through quite a bit, he was induced at 36 weeks and 4 days because of my high blood pressure and then on day 3 postpartum I was rushed to the ER by ambulance due to post-partum preeclampsia. I spent 3 days in the hospital and now feel much better, but we have a 1, 3,4,6,7,12 & 15 year old at home that all need mommy. If you could please spare a prayer, I would be so very thankful.

Praying! I had a baby born when everyone in the house had the flu.  my baby never got sick and I will pray that the same is true for you.

Thank you all so very much for your prayers!! We ended up with 6 children sick, but the new baby has only had a slight touch of the sickness!! Praise be to God!! Thank you again to all of you
