A friend of our family has been in a serious car accident with multiple injuries. He is the father of three and is self-employed... a very wonderful and caring man.

Please pray for his brain and broken bones to heal, and for his family as they struggle through this dark time

UPDATE 6/12: Fantastic news! The last month has been very dark for this family... the dad's serious brain injury wiped out so much of his memory. He was not able to recognize family members or remember them from day to day.

But the last two days he has shown such miraculous improvement that he is now out of the hospital and home! The doctors are stunned.

On Mother's Day some of us had the idea to bring him Lourdes water, and although the family is not Catholic, they allowed it to be applied to his head. Since then we have been praying through the intercession of the Blessed Mother for his healing.

We were all overjoyed today to hear the great news. He will still need physical therapy and possibly more surgery for other injuries, but everything suddenly looks so much brighter.
