My two year old, Dominic, was scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning. He has a testicle that is now missing. We were scheduled for day surgery in Cleveland where it was going to be laparoscopic and a fairly simple surgery. Our insurance company is now denying this surgery and is saying that we can have the surgery in Charleston, WV. That surgery will require making several large incisions and will require a substantial hospital stay with a longer and more difficult recovery. It would be an open surgery and not laparoscopic. Please pray for the intercession of St. Therese. I feel like she can intercede for us and pray for us and help Dominic get the surgery that he needs. I cannot stand the thought that my son would have to have a major surgical procedure when a simple day surgery would work just as well (even better). Thanks.
