prayers! I've decided to give up diet soda. I truly believe it's an addiction because that is what I go to when I'm stressed. I really don't know how I will over come this, but maybe with some extra prayers I can get over it without too much discomfort.

First afternoon update: those prayers are working. I keep thinking about that last soda in the frig, but it has been much easier than I thought so far today. Thank you for the prayers! Keep them coming!

Final Update-You ladies are awesome! It was so easy and I completely believe it was because of the prayers!! We went to a party on Saturday and I enjoyed a special treat of a diet soda and had no ill effects (had just one and no cravings for it afterwards). Now please add my dh in your prayers as he tries to go diet soda free. He is not wanting to do it, but I asked him to do it for me since I don't want to keep it in the house anymore.

Oh don't torture yourself, give the soda to the drain or grass or something other than you. Prayers for you! I broke my soda habit while living in Africa. The cheapest drink was soda .25 vs 3.00 for water. So we all drank soda. By the time I got home, all I wanted to drink was water.
