My dh told me tonight I need to get a job. So if you would pray that I can find one that will work around my home schooling, either on evenings or weekends and will provide more income I would appreciate. I had no idea this was coming so it is a blow to me. Also, that my heart would show greater respect to my dh who feels I don't understand how hard he works.

Misty, these are tough times. I will be praying for you, to be able to find something that will work around the school schedule.

I think our husbands do shoulder a big burden these days, and need extra prayer support, too.

Thanks everyone for your prayers. Long story short.. dh came and apologized for yelling at me about getting a job. He explained he is hoping I don't have to get something outside the home, that maybe I can find something to do in the house. That was a HUGE sigh of relief. He just thinks we need to do something to be sure we can make it through the winter months. I am 1/2 relieved and 1/2 worried that I will not be able to find something and then in the end still have to go outside the home. So please continue to pray that I can find some type of honest work at home job. Thanks Misty

Misty, I will pray for you. My husband and I went through a similar situation a few years back. I was only working part time (still do), and he wanted me to work full time. Well, after getting the other part time job, and not being at home and the home falling apart, he was able to see the light! I was praying like crazy for him to have a change of heart! God is in control...have peace. Bridget
