Please pray for the Reyes family in Texas. Today their fireplace mantel fell and struck their 6-year-old son, Avery, on the head. He was not able to breathe on his own on the way to the hospital and has passed away.  Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him.
Please keep the family--mom, dad, two brothers here on earth, and baby in utero--in prayer, especially the mother, who has a history of pre-term babies and is currently expecting. May the pregnancy not be affected by this strain. May the little ones who were called to heaven early intercede for their family as they grieve this latest loss.

Praying for this family! How terribly tragic! May Our Lord and Our Lady hold them ALL close during this time, and praying that the pregnancy will continue until the best time for baby to arrive. All they are enduring makes my problems seem pale! Lord Jesus, hold them close and helpr them bear this cross!
