Update:
So, the insurance company is being very difficult about compensating our loss.  Also, my littlest one fell today and bit through his lip requiring stitches. Of course we only have one car so hubby had to come home and take care of the emergency (plus I tend to faint at the site of blood  ). Wow, I make a vow to God one day and then I'm hit with several *tests*. Pray that I can maintain during these stormy seas right now!

A lot has happened in a short period of time recently, but I actually feel really good. I have not felt this grounded or peaceful in over two years. I think the recent events have given me the slap-in-the-face, so to speak, that I needed to wake up my soul.
Anyway, I need prayers for all the changes that are happening.
We are placing our house for sale - please pray that it is an easy process and that we sell this summer.
My husband was in a car accident yesterday and our car is totaled. Thankfully he was not injured, although the other gentleman that hit him was taken to the hospital. After seeing the car, I'm floored that DH was not hurt. It was crunched! Pray that we can get this settled with the other insurance company and that the other person is okay.
It was clearly not my DH's fault, but now we have to find a way to get another vehicle. Pray that our needs will be met and that we are compensated fairly for our vehicle.
These past two years I was living complacently and I'm ready to starting living on purpose again! I am content here, but it is within our means to make this move into a house that gives a bit more bedroom space (not much, but enough) so I think we need to make the change. We kept putting off this decision, and the day after we decide to move this accident occured. I'm taking it as a wake-up call that life's short so get off our duff and get living!
