My heart is broken tonight as it is obvious that I need to start looking for employment and finding school places for the children (8 and 5, always home educated). The children are very very cross with me, and as someone who struggles massively with stress and anxiety I am very scared at how I would cope with the change while helping them cope with the change.

I would greatly appreciate prayers for a smooth transition and that we would have kind people around us to help us. And for us to feel less sad and scared. Thank you.

Thank you for all your prayers. After much discussion, we are going to hold out a bit longer, and dh will explore some other options for solving his situation. We are all so relieved, especially my child who has some challenges and was terrified out of his wits by the idea of change.

I am so glad to hear this. I will continue to pray for you! Could you do some sort of home business in the meantime? Discovery Toys, Scentsy, 31? That might help a lot and you could still homeschool.
