Prayers would be appreciated! I am just a few weeks away from delivering #5 and I am starting to feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders... even though it's really not.
I am just caught up in trying to manage the daily tasks of housework and four little kids and being eight months pregnant while ALSO trying to do the big cleaning projects and prepare for the new little one's arrival.
Plus, I feel like I *just* managed to get a grip on the routines of cleaning and cooking and laundry and school for our family and am about to be plunged back into survival mode, which makes me have a mini panic attack.
Prayers for peace and lots of energy to make it to the end would be appreciated!! Thank you, ladies.

Aaahhh...  Praying you through these final weeks as you adjust to the expected arrival and soon new little one. It is so hard once you find a groove to have it interrupted...that's just a constant with children I think.

Unfortunately, I know that panicky feeling all too well. I will say some prayers for you in the upcoming days.
Whenever I get overwhelmed and start to have an attack, I repeat either "Jesus I trust in you", "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me", or "Give me the strength to bear it". These prayers seem to calm my spirit.

Of course you feel overwhelmed! The last few weeks of pregnancy can be pretty difficult (I remember once yelling at a group of friends to "leave my house right now!!!" because I was so overwhelmed.  Fortunately for me, I had great friends who TOTALLY understood why I was nearly hysterical and completely forgave and forgot!  )
So, hang in there (not much choice, eh?) and I'll be praying for a peaceful, calm last few weeks. Don't be anxious about getting everything done now--trust me, it will still be there later!

Krista, I was just where you are. I was 6 days over due and it was getting more stressful. Once I held my new bundle, all worries and overwhelming feelings went away. I understand!!! You are in my prayers.

Thank you for your prayers, ladies.
I could feel them working! I spent several days on our normal routine getting lots of things done that needed to be done, like washing baby clothes.
Yesterday, though, my heart was skipping beats for seven straight hours and I spent most of the day in the ER. Everything is fine, but I was told to rest more and drink more water.
At least the baby clothes is washed!
