A former student of my husband's has disappeared -- police found his car pulled in the middle of a bridge over the Mississippi River with its flashers on. Please pray for him, his family, and his wide circle of friends who fear the worst.

No real news. The latest report I've heard says that his family are planning a memorial Mass, but the police aren't ready to declare him dead yet, since they haven't found a trace of him. My husband theorizes that the family are trying to smoke him out of hiding, if indeed he's still alive. It is all very sad and very strange.
I'll update you as I hear of further developments. Thanks for all your prayers.
