I really dislike having to deal with this.. legal/tax stuff makes me feel all flustered. Have a phone conference here in about 10 min. (9am pst) Any prayers are appreciated.

Thanks ladies. It was relatively painless. And I think we have a method of resolution that would work. Why they didnt just give us this option before I don't know.. it would have been so much easier.
