please pray with me as we wait these last two very long weeks out. It's been a very long deployment with John in Afghanistan. He'll be coming home a month under a year. I've been quiet here, but please know you've all remained in my prayers as YOU are the ones who carried me through my hardest and darkest days.
Looking forward to a new refreshing year with John home again. My family is all ready for good news.
Update:He's home Thank you all for praying with me and holding me up during this past year

Praying! The last two weeks seem to take forever and they also seem to be the weeks when everything decides to break/stop working. I completely empathize!!!

Praying for you all for a joyous reunion! May the time fly as you wait, wait, wait out these last 2 weeks. Thank you for the sacrifices you all have offered for our country, one who hasn't been through a deployment can only imagine how very difficult it has been for all of you. May God reward you each and every one for your sacrifices.
