Again - I have a showing at 1:15 (central time). Please pray - it has been since April 2011 on sale. This is getting so old! Lots of personal stuff going on can't get into. But the kids and I could SOOO use to move on to a different house and place in our lives! Pray whoever these folks are that they love my house, can afford it, and offer a decent offer! I am so tired!

Thanks! Keep praying. The people seeing the house say they are interested but feel they want more "updates" to the house then their budget allows. Their realtor says they are "on the fence". Meaning they are fishing for me to lower. But, my house compared to others similar - is already priced low.

Ah - had a second showing today - the wife likes my house. The husband want more "updates". Gee - put your own updates in , the house is a great deal, great house one a terrific lot. Oh well. . . better luck next time. Or we pray that the wife convinces the husband of our great deal.

Edited to add: I don't get what updates - must be paint and carpet and pool. The paint and some of the carpet are actually nice. I DO have: hand scraped hardwood floors, granite, marble, built in shelves in multiple rooms, a game room and media room (surround sound . . . ) and 1 acre on a forest that is owned by the Army corps of Engineers (a forest here in north Texas is a BIG deal!). Ugh - sorry for the vent but I am tired of spoiled buyers coming in expecting a princess storybook castle!
