I saw on another list that Scott Hahn had surgery for a ruptured colon due to diverticulitis. The last update I saw was from the 18th, saying he was stable and had 18” of bowel removed.....wow! Please pray for this man, I owe him so much, as do a lot of people I suspect. Reading “Rome Sweet Home” was instrumental in my reversion back to the Faith......God bless Scott Hahn!!

Good news is that the 18 inches removed was actually from his small intestine, not his colon. This is good news and much less of a problem long term.

Praying for him. He is such an inspiration to many. I love that book Rome Sweet Rome and, also, Didache books. May he recover quickly...
