Please send some more prayers to St Joseph. We got a very low offer on our house today (it has been on the market for 16 months). Please pray that we can negotiate it to a reasonable offer because this is the only offer we have received and we are at our limit financially. Thanks, ladies.

Praying it is so hard. We ended up going with a low offer on our old house but it was a cash deal and a has is sale no inspections etc. The relief of being done was priceless  Annie

We can't accept this offer since we would owe the bank $30,000 and we definitely don't have that. Besides, it is 35% below appraised value.
