Please pray that she has a good experience and returns home safely. My husband is so worried about sending her off with teens and adults he does not know. (One of my son's good friends will be there, which is reassuring; he's one of my former co-op students.) She is hoping for a good retreat; we've had a lot of leadership changes in our parish recently and our youth ministry staff is struggling to keep up with all the changes.

Please say an extra prayer for the students on the retreat. Some of them have not had the benefit of good catechesis; I'm sure they would appreciate your prayers as they set schedules and social media aside and try to focus on God's plan for them.
