Ladies, I am so sorry to keep asking for prayers, but this has been one of the most stressful periods of our lives. We moved in November and still own our old house. We are completely out of money. Our bridge loan expires in Oct and it will be expensive to redo it. We are desperate to sell our house. I truly felt that God told me to move. We have matured so much spiritually through this process so I know there is a reason for this. However, we are really getting to the end of our rope. We are probably going to change realtors. I talked to another realtor today and she thinks we need to do make some costly updates to the house. While I think she is right (and wish our other realtor had told us this when I asked her and we actually had money), I don't know how we can afford to do these things. Please pray that God will grant me the wisdom to know how to act in this situation. I am trying so hard to surrender this completely to Him, but it isn't easy for me. Thanks. I really do feel your prayers. Sorry for the rambling post!

Praying..... We were in much the same situation 3 years ago and at the last possible moment we sold. Keep the Faith in a positive outcome. Annie

Praying. We have been in the same situation the past few years and eventually ended up having our old house rented out, which helps. Not ideal, but better than foreclosure.
