My mother in law went into the hospital on Friday night with congestive heart failure....we have learned today that she will need open heart surgery with-in the next few days. She is being transferred from our local hospital to a bigger hospital tonight. We should know when the surgery will take place tomorrow morning.
Thanks for the prayers...

6/29--Today MIL had a catherization of her heart to get a clearer idea of the problem. It seems that the aortic valve is only open 0.8cm when it should be opening 5cm. They don't know if surgery is possible, if not she will go down hill quickly. More tests tomorrow....please send a prayer for my mil, my husband,(who is the health proxy and #1 caregiver) and the doctors, that they will do what is best.
