My disabled aunt's main caregiver, Charlotte, has been dealing with health problems for over a year - and it has taken ALL that time to get her two CAT scans and a couple of doctor's appointments. It appears that she has uterine cancer as well as kidney stones and some other issues. The next step won't happen for two more weeks, and then I assume she will have surgery. Charlotte's children don't seem to be ready to step up to help, which leaves...my parents.

My aunt is completely dependent on Charlotte for so many things ("translation," emotional support, meals and cleaning, medical appointments...) and we are very concerned about all the ramifications of Charlotte's illness.

Please pray that Charlotte can 1) get better care now! 2) get and understand a treatment plan; 3) get help from her family during her treatment; 4) find a way to stay connected with my aunt while she recovers...and please pray for my parents and my aunt, too. This is going to be a very difficult experience for them as well as for Charlotte.
