Hey y'all -- ifyou get a minute, can you send up a quick prayer. We have a contract on the house that's contingent on the inspection today -- please pray that the inspection is fair and just and we don't have too many squabbles over fixing things.....

I've been praying, Mary! What's the word? Inspections are nail-biting stuff! Even if you think everything is fine, some of those inspectors come up with just piddly things that can gum up the works!

That's why I sent up the "prayer alert"! The inspector was very nice and the buyer and his dad were extremely nice too -- they were here over TWO HOURS! Part of my worry is that the dad (and his son works for him) remodel and renovate -- could be a good thing or it could mean they'll be super picky and want lots fixed.

We still haven't gotten the inspection letter. My dh will go "corporate" (that is, a step below "postal" ) with all if they're too picky! It's also been recommended that we just keep the property and rent it out -- but I'm not keen on that as we'll be in Austria....but God's will be done!

THANKS for the prayers -- we'll keep you posted.

How are you sister and niece holding up? I've got the novena posted to my cpu so I don't forget to say it -- everytime I sit down to the computer (which is ALOT ) I send up a prayer.

Thanks so much! My sister is so inspiring to me in so many ways -- and with this trial and others, she's just a rock! She posted on Kathryn's prayer thread...
Little Kathryn is sad she has to do another surgery, but she's being very good about accepting it.
