I have found that I am always willing to post prayers for help on here, but never prayers of thanksgiving! So...here goes!

I found out over the weekend that I had gotten the flu for the second time in about a month. Luckily, this strain was covered by the flu shot and I was only miserable for about 36 hours. God made it easier on me too. My MIL happened to work late yesterday and was able to come care for the kids, get them lunch, etc. My husband came home for lunch and put everyone down for naps. The kids all actually took naps (a minor miracle). My husband watched the kids all evening and put them to bed. I barely had to get out of bed all day yesterday and I know that really helped my recovery (and helped me to not spread this throughout the family).

So...thank you God. You truly are great and you NEVER give us more than we can handle with your help and grace!!!!!!

I actually had to come back on here today and reread this post because I was starting to throw myself a little pity party today. God really is good...even if we keep needing to remind ourselves over and over and over...
